Why do I need to include my contact information when I submit a recipe?
The Monkey wants to give his supporters credit and we won't know how to send out prizes if we don't have any contact information.
What information should I include for you to contact me?
Please include a mailing address that we can send prizes to. Your address will not be published on the website or sold to a third party. Only your name and/or city will be included on our website.
Why is there a minimum order of $20?
Although spices don't weigh much, our shipping company rounds packages up to the nearest pound (so a half pound package would still be considered a full pound). By asking for a minimum order of $20, your package will be more likely to be a full pound, giving you the best deal for your money.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship out your order the same day. However, we guarantee your order will ship within five business days of receiving your order, unless a product is out of stock. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and make arrangements to insure your satisfaction.
Why is my recipe/video not on the website?
Your recipe/video may not be put on the site for many reasons: you didn't include any contact information, the recipe was already posted on the site, the recipe didn't have any Red Monkey seasonings in it, The Monkey was on vacation and hasn't gotten caught up, the recipe contained profanity/vulgarity, etc.
The Monkey loves fun; however, this is a family environment and the Monkey does his best to moderate it as such. The Monkey doesn't promote violence, vulgarity, or plagarism and we reserve the right to filter any content you submit.
