Feisty Flavor Recipe Challenge - Side Dishes
Contest runs from June 25, 2010 to September 30, 2010
Because we believe there are fantastic flavors out there yet to be discovered, Red Monkey Foods, purveyor of all natural and organic spices and seasonings, is kicking off a recipe contest. But this isn’t just any recipe contest. It can be ‘cued or smoked, rubbed or sprinkled, but it’s absolutely, positively not about the main course. The Monkey is looking for the best tasting, most unique side dishes and appetizers out there. Are you up for some Monkeying Around?
We've got two different categories, appetizers and side dishes, enter one or both! There is a limit of one entry, per person, per category. So there's a chance that you could take home the grand prize in each category!
The Monkey Says:
-It has to be feisty and flavorful.
-It has to be unique. Push those flavors to their limit!
-It has to incorporate the chosen Red Monkey Seasoning: Stone Ground Spicy Mustard Seasoning.
-It has to be cooked on the grill or in the smoker.
-The winner will be based on creativity and ingredient incorporation as well as adherance to the rules and governing policies of this website (i.e. terms of service - we don't want you to steal someone else's work or submit offensive/vulgar material).
